Experience Tourism

One of the most essential aspects of a leisure trip is the sensations we experience and the memories we create. Trip4U, a Brazilian tourism company, was seeking a brand repositioning, primarily focused on updating its Look and feel and establishing new visual guidelines to appeal to the public that loves experiential tourism.

Copa then gathered the creative team and concluded that we should apply emotional design concepts to attract the public, evoking positive feelings of memories or projections of future dreams from the first visual contact with the brand.

Until that moment, Trip4U was a traditional tourism company. The first step was to understand the main objectives of this new repositioning strategy. The founding partner had no intention of redesigning the logo, so we should focus our energy on building a coherent visual language and developing seals for some of the available experiences.

Copa developed online and offline pieces and campaigns for all company segments. We also contribute as creative mentors to the internal sales, marketing, and design team, aligning the brand’s voice with branding concepts.

For twelve months, we worked on several projects, creating the essence for each of the experiences. Through images and messages, we awaken people’s desire to travel with Trip4U to various destinations around the world, offering specific themes and segments that cater to the best lifestyle of our customers.

Digital Design

We utilize our expertise in online tools and techniques to adapt to the digital environment, conveying the same message and tone of voice as our offline campaigns. We specialize in building user interfaces for travel apps, as well as creating email blasts, newsletters, and thematic social media content.

Copa collaborated with Brazilian digital marketing and development agencies to build interfaces, front-ends, and enhance usability and navigability for various purposes.

Service Portfolio

Although the website was not part of the brand repositioning agreement, Copa offered Trip4U a portfolio presentation with built-in PowerPoint, fully interactive and multimedia, providing conceptual bases on the company’s quality of services.

This presentation was created using wireframe methods that are similar to those used for building websites and is also made available in a secure online environment, internal to the company. Like a website, navigation facilitated the customer’s search to find the tourist destination that most pleased him.

There were fifteen themes spread over more than one hundred slides. Each experience was carefully curated to evoke emotions and awaken desires through a combination of images, messages, soundtracks, and videos.

The informal, close, human, friendly, and emotional language was one of the great attractions throughout the creative process.

Strategic collaboration to expand Rock in Rio in Lisbon, Portugal.

One of the significant turning points in our partnership with Trip4U occurred when one of the largest advertising agencies in Brazil approached us to collaborate on the Rock in Rio expansion strategy in Lisbon, Portugal.

Trip4U mediated our plans, and Copa had the opportunity to contribute to the development of a thematic tourism experience for Rock in Rio Lisboa.

We present creative ideas to create a sales promotion, brand awareness, and relationship campaign that attracts fans by combining the opportunity to share the music entertainment experience with other Trip4U experiences, such as surfing, wine tasting, gastronomy, and culture.
