Chime Sports Marketing (CSM), one of the largest sports marketing companies worldwide, under its Brazilian brand, Golden Goal, created a new segemented area to increase fan loyalty in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This new segement was broken up into varoius pieces each with a specific focus.
First Class was a new offering from world famous Maracana Stadium. The goal was to create a look and feel of luxury and to encourage those with disposable income to spend more by reserving a suite to enjoy a game in a different way.
CSM created their own custom CRM called The 360. The reason for the name is that it incorporates a full service of fan integration and touch points.
Copa created the entire visual structure for The 360.
